The statutory warranty period is 2 years.

We want long-term customer satisfaction. If you discover a defect after the warranty period has expired, we will do our absolute best to find a satisfactory solution for you.

The products are manufactured and quality assured in such a way that they should continue to function for many years. Batteries (such as the power bank) should be charged regularly. This extends their service life and keeps your SOS-BAG ready for use at all times.

The emergency food has a shelf life of 20 years.

The SOS-BAG was designed and assembled in Germany and is also shipped from there. We have selected the best products worldwide for its contents – each individual item has been carefully checked and tested in practice. This ensures that you only receive proven quality that you can rely on in an emergency.

Yes – for orders of 25 or more, we are happy to put together customized backpacks according to your requirements. Please contact our B2B sales department at b2b@sos-bag.com. We will be happy to provide you with a customized quote.

We do not offer direct retail sales of the complete contents. However, in the event of a warranty claim or damage, we will of course replace the damaged product with an equivalent or even better one.

The SOS-BAG is one of the most well-designed and high-quality emergency backpacks on the market. The kit is designed to enable you to survive completely self-sufficiently for up to 72 hours – including emergency food, stove, cartridges, and water purification.
